Columbia, SC- As we have said in our recent communications, the SCFC believes voters in South Carolina gave us a clear mandate on November 5th to return power back to the people and to protect their interests. Our legislative priorities for this session reflect that mandate the people gave us. The items listed below are our top 8 priorities for session for which there is zero excuse for the 2 Republican supermajorities not to pass and pass quickly. We also have a longer roadmap with more legislative details coming out soon for those who want to really dive into where we would love to see the state move to in the next few years. Lastly, stay tuned for a House GOP Caucus rules update soon. For now, check out our top legislative priorities for this session below:

The SC Freedom Caucus
These are great. Thanks. Please add - Stop the harmful COVID vaxes. Stop chemtrails like Tennessee did. Stop Ranked Choice Voting legislation. Pay for our underfunded SC state retirement system. Require our medical schools to prioritize healing, not just drugging mental and physical symptoms. This requires finding out what is wrong via biochemical and perhaps genetic testing. Reward those who CURE. Require recess for kids and start schools at a decent time so 6 year old do not have to get on a bus at 6:30 or 7am. Fix our roads. Build new roads. What did I miss?
That is a great list, for starters. There is much work to be done in SC to return government to the people. Don't forget our Second Amendment rights. There are a load of unconstitutional bills that need to be repealed. Also, our "Constitutional Carry" law needs some serious tuning. Thank you.
