SCFC Elects New Leadership
The SCFC is excited to announce our new leadership team heading into the 2025 session. SCFC members held elections in July of 2024 and elected Representative Jordan Pace (Berkely) as Chairman, April Cromer (Anderson) as Co-Vice Chair, and Josiah Magnuson (Spartanburg) as Co-Vice Chair.
These three newly elected leaders have exhibited tremendous leadership skills during their time in the South Carolina House, leading on key issues like education, taxes and regulations, and government reform. Additionally, all three have demonstrated a willingness to fight for the people of South Carolina and their individual liberties even when it is difficult.
To help our grassroots community learn more about our new leadership team, we have brief profiles listed below for each new executive officer:
Jordan Pace, Chairman
Jordan represents SC House District 117 in Berkely County and has held this seat since first being elected in 2022. Jordan has been involved in politics since a young age, working for political organizations, serving in a Congressional office, and activating grassroots communities across the state. Additionally, Jordan is a former educator and currently works in commercial real estate. He and his wife, Mary, have two children. During his relatively short time in the House, Jordan has championed tax and spending reform, filing legislation to eliminate the income tax and fighting against the increased spending in the budget. Jordan also fervently opposed the Health Czar bill this last session, speaking from the well in regards to the concerning parts of the legislation.

April Cromer, Co-Vice Chair
April represents SC House District 6 in Anderson County and has held this seat since first being elected in 2022. Professionally, April has served as the internal auditor for her family’s business. She has championed several issues, including school district accountability, parental rights, budget reform, and earmark accountability.

Josiah Magnuson, Co-Vice Chair
Josiah represents SC House District 38 in Spartanburg County and has held this seat since first being elected in 2016. Josiah works as an educational consultant. As one of the longest serving members of the SCFC, Josiah has been at the tip of the spear fighting for liberty and promoting the Constitution and conservative values. During his tenure, Josiah led on key issues like judicial reform, earmark reform, prohibiting anti-american indoctrination in classrooms and unfair hiring practices in the professional space. Due in large part to his leadership, South Carolina has passed legislation to reform our judicial system and has increased accountability on pork projects in the budget process. Additionally, Josiah has fought tirelessly for pro-life legislation since entering the House and helped guide several pro-life pieces of legislation through the legislative process.

For your consideration: I am reaching out, in an effort to begin to plan for the next SC legislative session. I suggest that the most import single barrier to moving SC in the right direction is the open primary. Hence, I think we need a 100%, coordinated effort, to DEMAND the closure of the R primary, and it needs to start on day 1 of the session.
I think we need a, full scale, Tea Party level, mass turn out on the Capital steps. The kind of effort that requires advanced planning and coordination. I'm hoping that you can help. Please let me know.
