Freedom Caucus Defends All Incumbent Seats
This past Tuesday, South Carolina held our Republican primary. As we have previously documented, House GOP leadership in conjunction with special interest groups have been targeting South Carolina Freedom Caucus members since early 2022. RINO leadership recruited 11 candidates to challenge conservative Freedom Caucus legislators and dumped hundreds of thousands of dollars of dark money into these races to spread blatant lies and misrepresentations. Some estimates are putting the total spent by the establishment to unseat conservatives at as much as $3 million.
Despite these desperate attempts to defeat the conservative movement in South Carolina, every Freedom Caucus member won their race - and by large margins. In addition to weathering the storm and protecting every seat against the barrage of dark money lies and moderate- to left-leaning challengers, the Freedom Caucus is on track to actually gain new members!
This victory would not have been possible without the help of grassroots patriots like you. Thank you so much for the incredible hard work you put in over the past few months!
The electoral wins on Tuesday were validation for the conservative movement the Freedom Caucus has catalyzed across South Carolina. The voters have told us to keep fighting - and we will! We are excited to get back to Columbia to continue pushing conservative policy initiatives, stopping big government, and winning on behalf of the people of South Carolina.
