I completely disagree with the premise of this article. I say Dr., if indeed he is a doctor, Simmer be appointed to the not so lofty, although I'm sure the money flows freely, position the state's official grifters nominated him to.

I say appoint him with two reservations. The reservations are simple. The first one is every time said Dr is in his official capacity he be required to wear a mask. The second reservation is he publicly be administered every inoculation prescribed by the federal government's bureaucrats, every three months.

That's the sort of leadership this state needs!

He has too much power that our legislature and governor have given him—the power to quarantine and isolate at will, and to command law enforcement to obey him. So yeah, let’s support this nomination! 🙄

SC would essentially regress to the stone age appointing this fellow to that post. We need a better choice. Someone who is not a flunky for pharma. Please Governor, select another more suitable MD.

It seems that the SC Freedom Caucus is a small window into the sausage factory that is Columbia. Without them, we would know nothing about what is going on. After November's sham election, there's no stopping them from churning out more deadly trash.

Let's just rename the Statehouse "Boar's Head" central and have the public stop buying what they are selling. Re-electing and reappointing the same bad actors and expecting a better outcome is the definition of mental illness and/or the result of brainwashing and poor education.

I've always defined politics as war without the nineties. We need brave, educated and qualified citizens to step forward, put themselves at risk by stepping into the arena.

The SC Freedom Caucus is the start, we have to make sure it's not the end. The people need to know who they are supporting, you don't have to hide. Your adversaries know who you are, the citizens need to know who, what and why and allow them to support and expand the Freedom Caucus and your members.

This is a terrible choice for SC. I'd like to know who we should push McMaster to put in this important position. Of course, McMaster is never one to "go out on a limb" but instead, prefers the safety of the hole carved into the trunk. But we must have someone who believes the health of South Carolinians is not based on the MIS-guidelines of the CDC, NIH, and WHO. Someone that can look at health outside of Big Pharma's purview. We know that did not serve humanity well.

I don't like the cut of his jib. Any doctor that believed a surgical mask would have any efficacy against a virus as small as Covid either doesn't know his job, or is willing to knowingly play a role in a fraud.

Simmer-Darth Vader- one of the worst possible choices. Remember, there have not been any qualifications defined for that position. The joint medical committee should write these and should actually have a bill prefiled. Simmer gets away with his dangerous, even criminal decisions because we the people do not have access to real medical data. That should be a top priority. The draft bill I wrote to reform access to medical data, improved tracking of the full life cycle of pharmaceutical treatment and open source analysis of those data is the only way to get to truthful informed consent. As long as DPH, and as Simmer has said, the CDC, have control of health data. Informed consent will continue to be a lie, written by the pharmaceutical and their deep state allies. See https://aletheiatheyounger.substack.com for a detailed draft bill. With this, Simmer won't be able to get his edicts past the citizens or the general assembly.

I appreciate hearing from you about Dr. Simmer. We need to do more to rid our governing authorities of bureaucrats like this or we surrender our liberties to them without limits. I say NO to his appointment. Big NO.

It is clear from his actions during the "pandemic", that Simmer is a disciple of the devil, Anthony Fauci, and the rest of the authoritarian big shots at the NIH, CDC, FDA. The people of SC deserve better than this as their Health Director. South Carolina folk take their medical freedom seriously. As I am not a medical professional and do not give medical advice, it seems that Dr. Simmer has taken too many of the medical countermeasure shots, aka COVID 19 "vaccinations" and is suffering neurological side effects. It would be in his best interest to withdraw from the nomination and seek medical care. Contact your elected legislators in Columbia and tell them the good doctor has been "Simmering" in the stew too long.

I’m no fan of Dr. Simmer, but thankfully he stuck to recommendations and didn’t enforce the Title 44 laws that he could have. Who is the alternative for Director? I worry we could go from bad to worse.
